Agriculture is a growing topic amongst all types of folks. It seems that now more than ever people are interested in the nitty gritty of local agriculture. In the US, revenue for locally-grown products has risen significantly and yet most peeople are multiple generations removed from any agricultural experience. So what does this shift in consumer demand and expectation mean for the producer?
This book highlights four farms and one farm brewery located in the Hudson River Valley. Topics discussed include history of operation, pivoting of business to meet consumer desire, agricultural labor issues, and more.
Final presentation of project is a stab bound booklet that is 5.6”x8.2” in dimension, the original dimensions of the Farmers Almanac.
